This page concerns the paid Guardian subscription. You can end the free use of GEYRA at any time at no cost.
The seller of the Guardian subscription is Link
You buy the Guardian subscription from Link, a service of the Stripe group (“Sold through Link”). Link is your contractual partner for purchase and payment, receives your payment and issues the receipt and invoice. Purchase, payment, withdrawal and refund are governed by the law and Link's terms (link.com/terms). GEYRA Cyber Defense provides the Guardian services; our terms and conditions apply to these.
Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. It exists towards Link as the seller. According to Link's terms, consumers in the EU can withdraw from their order within 14 days; according to these terms, the period starts on the day you receive access to the product. You do not have to give a reason.
How to withdraw
You have two options – both work equally well:
- Directly with Link: via Link customer support at support.link.com (section “Sold through Link”). State there that you are exercising your right of withdrawal (“cooling off period”). You can view and manage your subscription in your account at link.com.
- Via GEYRA: with the button “Withdraw from contract” at the top of this page or by email to info@geyra.de. We confirm receipt immediately, end Guardian for your household and forward your withdrawal to Link (Stripe) without delay for processing.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the period expires.
Refund
The refund is processed via Link (Stripe); you will receive the refund confirmation from Link by email. What exactly is refunded is determined by the law and Link's terms.

Click “Withdraw from contract” at the top of this page, enter your name, the email address of your purchase and details of the contract and confirm with “Confirm withdrawal”. You will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt with date and time on the page and by email. GEYRA forwards your withdrawal to Link (Stripe).
